Hi I'm Matthew Swift. I am a self employed personal trainer working in the South Leeds/ Wakefield area.
I want all my clients to reach their goals and achieve a better quality of life. (Check out our reviews here) We are pushing you to improve you. I am committed to helping you accomplish your goals, whether that's to improve your general fitness, lose weight or be more confident in your own body.
I have been training for around 3 years now and have a strong passion for working hard and achieving any goals I set myself. I want to share this passion and dedication to help you achieve your goals.
My passion for exercise and fitness has grown and changed the way I train, through the knowledge and experience I have gained. In my own training, I focus on muscle hypertrophy, which aids fat loss and helps tone the body. In my own life, my nutrition and training is precise and calculated, which allows me to track and monitor any changes to help me achieve my own personal goals of muscle hypertrophy and living a healthy lifestyle.
I believe having goals to work towards is important for anyone’s physical and mental wellbeing. Also, by reaching these goals it can boost your confidence, make you happier, be more successful and help maintain your mobility as you get older. I will teach you the skills to accomplish these goals and give you the motivation to keep striving towards them.
I am a fully qualified Gym Instructor with a Level 3 Personal Training certificate.
