I run some in East Ardsley, yet they are run everywhere around the world.

There is much less pressure to be some crazy fitness enthusiast.

With a mixture of age ranges and abilities it is a much more comfortable environment to be working out in.

Why not try one out and see if it’s for you.

You are more likely to keep going if you enjoy it, which means you will keep getting the results.

They aren’t just there to get you sweaty and tire you out.

They provide a great, cheap and fun way to get you exercising regularly.

Exercise is essential for weight loss and can help you in so many other ways too.

Yet going to the gym by yourself can be difficult as their isn’t much encouragement and motivation for you to go.

Also, if you manage to get their (rather than staying on the sofa) do you know what you should be doing to get results?

No…?

Then an exercise class is for you.

It seems obvious, yet a lot of people seem to ignore the fact that they are the problem and the solution to their weight loss.

It can be so easy to blame everything else:

  • It’s too easy to eat rubbish food

  • There is so much good stuff on TV

  • I am too old to exercises

I’ll show you how common excuses you give yourself are causing you not to make progress.

Getting results mean you have to stop believing your own excuses and make progress yourself.

No one else can help you if you really believe that Love Island is making you fat.

Is it working or are they getting results for the first few weeks before they give up?

It’s hard to know if certain diets are for you and whether we should actually diet at all.

Here I’ll give you a quick run down of some of the popular diets I hear a lot about at the minute.

  • Keto

  • Paleo

  • Intermittent Fasting

Will these diets work for you?

What do they actually mean and how are they supposed to work?

Is there a ‘best’ diet?

Simple answer no.

It depends on you and if you can keep eating that way for the rest of your life.

The aim is to change your diet, not ‘go on a diet’.

We want to be able to lose weight and keep it off and this can only be done if we make long-term changes to what we eat.

However, if I told you milk was a process food how would you react?

Yes, it should be healthy. But it’s processed.

So what does processed food mean?
