Local Exercise Classes – get fit without the gym phobia

Not a fan of going to the gym?

Don’t enjoy working out with all those guys and girls who look like experts?

Why don’t you join an exercise class?

I run some in East Ardsley, yet they are run everywhere around the world.

There is much less pressure to be some crazy fitness enthusiast.

With a mixture of age ranges and abilities it is a much more comfortable environment to be working out in.

Why not try one out and see if it’s for you.

You are more likely to keep going if you enjoy it, which means you will keep getting the results.

Exercise while Expecting

The latest post I’ve worked with WonderfulChaos on.

Perfect for any mum’s to be or any new mum’s.

This post is all about how to exercise while expecting.

Luckily I am trained in pre & post natal exercise meaning I can give sound, safe advice on what you can and can’t do while pregnant.

And it may not feel like it sometimes, but exercise is one of the best things you can do to:

  • Improve your health

  • Improve the babies health

  • Make the pregnancy easier

  • and make it easier to get your pre-baby body back

Make sure you check this one out for all the knowledge on what you should and shouldn’t be doing.

Can Apple Cider Vinegar Actually Help With Weight Loss?

When the Kardashions claim it works, they must be right.

However, if you want to know whether the new weight-loss craze over apple cider vinegar I’ve put together this post to help you understand that it might not be all its cracked up to be.

A lot of these fads are useless and don’t do much good.

The real changes we need to make are what we eat and what we do.

But will apple cider vinegar help us lose weight.

Probably not but you can make your own mind up here.

Just realise there is no shortcut to weight loss.
