There is much less pressure to be some crazy fitness enthusiast.
With a mixture of age ranges and abilities it is a much more comfortable environment to be working out in.
Why not try one out and see if it’s for you.
You are more likely to keep going if you enjoy it, which means you will keep getting the results.

But now how do you keep the weight off?
The diet has ended and you have more food freedom but be careful, you could end up reversing the amazing progress you made. Instead learn how you should adjust your diet gradually to see how much extra you can allow for in your diet, without the scales going back up.
Weighing scales are used by most people to see how well they are doing with their nutrition and training. Yet it is not always a great way to measure your progress. There are other ways to measure yourself that can tell you different changes in your body, which could help keep you motivated if the scales are not moving.
