With all these diets promising huge weight loss, pills and shakes saying you’ll lose fat and exercise plans saying you only need to work out for 30 seconds every month you might think weight loss is going to be super easy.

Well take a look at the reality of all these ideas.

It’s not impossible but it isn’t as easy as staying overweight.
