Why don’t you join an exercise class?

I run some in East Ardsley, yet they are run everywhere around the world.

There is much less pressure to be some crazy fitness enthusiast.

With a mixture of age ranges and abilities it is a much more comfortable environment to be working out in.

Why not try one out and see if it’s for you.

You are more likely to keep going if you enjoy it, which means you will keep getting the results.

Luckily I am trained in pre & post natal exercise meaning I can give sound, safe advice on what you can and can’t do while pregnant.

And it may not feel like it sometimes, but exercise is one of the best things you can do to:

  • Improve the babies health

  • Make the pregnancy easier

  • and make it easier to get your pre-baby body back
