Does exercise actually help you lose weight?

Does exercise help us lose weight?

Lots of people argue that exercise doesn’t help them lose weight.

In fact they sometimes claim they actually gain weight.

Why is this?

Is exercise not helping us lose weight?

But surely it must work, it’s one of the obvious solutions for weight loss.

So why does exercise not always equal weight loss and should we be doing it?

Calories in vs calories out can’t be wrong.

Yet are you actually eating less or do you have a problem with perception?

You could be misjudging what you eat or reducing your metabolism.

There are many problems that could be causing you to still gain weight.

However, should we actually try eating less food?

Is that a sustainable way.

Instead, there could be a better way in which you can actually eat more, while still losing weight.
